A media brand for traders serious about getting better.
Good trades. Bad jokes. No nonsense. That’s the whole promise, and this page is where we explain how we got here and what we actually stand for.

We don’t sell shortcuts.
Pirate Traders exists to give serious traders a real shot at getting better. The industry sells shortcuts to the people who can least afford them: signal services, fake gurus, screenshots of the wins and none of the losses. We went the other way.
We teach you to read the auction and think for yourself. We show the losing trades next to the winners. We put every price in plain sight. It’s built by Charles Gough, a full-time ES trader who got tired of watching that industry take money from people trying to learn. But this was never a one-man shop. It’s a small crew building the thing we wish had existed when we started.
The goal was never to sell you a system. It’s to make you the kind of trader who doesn’t need one.
Four things we actually mean.
Honesty is behavior, not a slogan
A brand that keeps announcing it’s honest invites suspicion. So we don’t say it, we do it: disclose every affiliate relationship, talk about the losing trades, and show the pricing in plain sight. Judge us by what we do, not what we claim.
No signals, ever
Nobody here will DM you a trade to copy. That’s a business model, not a skill. We teach you to read the auction and think for yourself, because that is the only thing that lasts.
The auction over the indicator soup
Markets move because buyers and sellers are running a continuous two-way auction. Learn to read that, and the endless hunt for the perfect indicator quietly ends.
We’re honest about how hard it is
Most traders don’t make it. We’re not going to pretend otherwise to sell you something. This is for people willing to do the real work and hear the truth about what trading takes.
A small crew, on purpose.
Pirate Traders is not a giant faceless firm. It’s a small team that would rather do a few things honestly than many things loudly.
