Refund Policy

Here is how refunds work for each thing we sell.

The Pirate Traders Brigade (monthly membership)

Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the period you have paid for; your membership then does not renew. Cancel through your account at https://piratetraders.com/my-account/subscriptions/, effective at the end of the current billing period. If you pay through PayPal, you can also cancel from within your PayPal account.

Workshops

Fully refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session start time, by emailing ahoy@piratetraders.com. Within 24 hours of the start, and once the session has begun, workshop purchases are final.

CutlassEdge

The CutlassEdge desktop application is sold separately under its own End User License Agreement, which includes a thirty-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are a first-time subscriber and CutlassEdge is not for you, cancel within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. One refund per customer. The guarantee covers your CutlassEdge subscription only; your market-data feed is billed separately by your data provider. CutlassEdge is sold and billed through cutlassedge.com, and the full CutlassEdge refund terms are published there.

The video course

Course purchases are final once the course materials have been accessed, since the content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned.
